How Do I Email Artwork?

You can send your Artwork to us as Email Attachments. Please send as single jpeg or pdf files, at least 300 dpi, saved as CMYK format. (We can convert from RGB format, but be aware that some colours can slightly change in conversion).

Business Cards: Artwork should be to size 88mm x 55mm. If your image "bleeds off" (the colour or image goes over the edge), please add an extra 1.5mm to each of the four sides for trimming.

Letterheads: Artwork should be to size 297mm x 210mm. If your image "bleeds off" (the colour or image goes over the edge), please add an extra 1.5mm to each of the four sides for trimming.

Compliment Slips: Artwork should be to size 99mm x 210mm. If your image "bleeds off" (the colour or image goes over the edge), please add an extra 1.5mm to each of the four sides for trimming.

Postcards: Artwork should be to the following sizes:- A6 - 105mm x 148mm; DL - 99mm x 210mm; A5 - 148mm x 210mm. If your image "bleeds off" (the colour or image goes over the edge), please add an extra 1.5mm to each of the four sides for trimming.

Ready to send? Please attach to your email to this address, remembering to let us have your name, address, and telephone details, plus the quantity of cards you require. On receipt of artwork, we will email you to confirm the cost, together with payment instructions.

But I Don't Have Artwork Prepared.....

We can prepare Artwork for you if send us a layout of how you'd like your card to be, together with images or logos which are to be included. (Please ensure you have permission to use the images you send). Alternatively, we will compose a layout, and email proofs to you, proceeding to print once we've received your approval. Charges for Artwork we create from just £30 per side.

Should you be looking for a new Corporate Identity, you'd be advised to commission a specialist Graphic Design studio for this before sending the resulting artwork to us as normal.

How Do You Accept Payment?

We prefer to accept payment by Credit, or Debit Card, using PayPal. Once Artwork is approved, we email you instructions of how to do this. It's a simple process, and payments are collected in sterling.

Can I Pay by Cheque?

Yes - We will send you an invoice, and once your cheque has cleared, your Business Cards will be despatched.
